We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join the HR function of the New York office. This position will support all HR operations for the agencies of Karla Otto, K2 and Lefty, exemplifying our values in all interactions. This position reports to the HR Manager.
Your impact:
• Serve as point of contact for employee matters
• Own end-to-end coordination and execution of recruiting lifecycle in partnership with HR team
• Maintain employee records, I-9s and related documents
• Assist with performance management procedures.
• Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas
• Onboarding and offboarding – maintain and oversee the process
• New hire orientation: update materials as needed
• Assist with payroll
• Partner with Finance department as needed
• Support other assigned functions
Key Attributes:
• 2-4 years of related Human Resources experience
• Ability to organize/prioritize work, manage multiple tasks and projects
• Results orientation driven
• Sharp, critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively within a team as well as independently
• Adherence to tight deadlines while delivering flawless work
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Digitally savvy, with strong proficiency in MS Suite: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Office 365: OneDrive, SharePoint, MS Teams
• Ability to deal with and handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and tact.
• Knowledge of Payroll processing a plus
